We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our team at Buck Company. In this role, you will lead our maintenance team and ensure the reliability and safety of our equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, a deep understanding of foundry operations, and proven leadership skills.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and manage proactive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians.
- Equipment Repair: Oversee and assist with troubleshooting and repairing complex foundry equipment.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce and monitor all safety regulations and company standards during maintenance activities.
- Budget Management: Track and manage the department's budget and inventory of parts and supplies.
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing or foundry environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions quickly and effectively
- Ability to use hand and power tools safety and effectively
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
