We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning and setting up machine equipment for our new facility. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure optimal performance and longevity of all factory equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing maintenance operations, ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently.
