Low Voltage Technology Installer/Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, computer networking, and field service operations. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our clients. The Low Voltage Technician will work with various tools and equipment, requiring both technical expertise and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

· Install residential and light commercial cameras, security systems, as well as home automation devices

· Utilize PC and networking skills during installation and service

· Maintain records and document installations

· Assist customers with technical information regarding the operation of their system(s)

· Possess strong customer service and organizational skills

· Have some construction knowledge as well as technical aptitude

· Maintain confidentiality

· PLT Licensure a plus but not required

· Self-motivated and desire to continue to learn up to date technology

The wage range dependent on experience is $23 - $27.
