Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks to support the overall operations of our organization. This role involves physical work, adaptability to different tasks, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•

General Labor: Engage in various physical tasks such as loading and unloading materials, digging, lifting, and carrying items as required.

•

Site Maintenance: Knowlege of controls of Dry Plant, Wet Plant and Loadout and proven efficiency in every part of operations.

•

Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for upkeep of machines and equipment, as well as follow safe work practices. Should have an understanding of all locations of the plant and knowledge of preventive maintenance.

•

Leadership: Ability to train lower-level operators with the ability to identify problems during production and correct the issue with little to no supervision and/or oversight. Leadership qualities to take this individual to the next position are evident and showing throughout all aspects of the plant.

•

Equipment Operation: Ability to run all equipment and systems with little to no supervision.

•

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines. Ability to fill in other positions as needed.

•

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and have the ability to identify safety concerns and propose corrective actions.

•

Communication: Maintain effective communication between team, both on shift and off shift, while gather plans to correct or improve on the process to implemented on planned shutdowns.

Requirements:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.

•

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is beneficial but not mandatory.

•

Basic knowledge of occupational safety practices.

•

Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.

•

Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & SENSORY REQUIREMENTS

•

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools.

•

Comfortable working at heights and confined spaces.

•

Physical stamina and agility to handle the demands of the job.
