is currently seeking a motivated

Lease Operator

to join our growing team. This position will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the production and upkeep of our assets. This is a full-time position based out of our field operations located near Shelocta, PA.

What You Will Be Doing:

•

Conduct routine operational checks on all sites within the assigned area of responsibility, monitoring well conditions, recording data, and ensuring the proper functioning of all production and midstream equipment

•

Perform routine inspections and general site maintenance to ensure equipment remains in proper working order and the site is clean

•

Proactively identify and address potential equipment failures to minimize downtime

•

Analyze production-related problems and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to troubleshoot and resolve issues

•

Monitor for spills and fluid leaks, taking immediate corrective actions as necessary

•

Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety guidelines as per company standards

•

Submit accurate and timely reports as required, providing relevant updates and feedback to production teams to support production operations

•

Participate in on-call rotation, responding to alarms and upset conditions as necessary

Your Background:

•

High School Diploma or equivalent.

•

3+ years of relevant experience.

•

Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

•

Willingness and ability to work in various weather and well site conditions

•

Willingness and ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including seeing, hearing, talking, and performing tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity. Must be able to kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push, and perform other similar repetitive physical tasks. Additionally, must be comfortable working at elevated heights and capable of lifting 50+ pounds
