Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. A short distance from Iskut and Dease Lake, Our fly-in, fly-out site offers access from various points across British Columbia and Alberta. Your Impact

As the Warehouse Lead at the Newmont Red Chris mine site, you will be responsible for leading the warehouse team to ensure the provision of a safe, efficient, and reliable warehouse function in support of the site operations. This role focuses on implementing and maintaining rigorous safety practices, while driving day-to-day operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure that the warehouse functions are performed to a high standard of professionalism and efficiency. You will be a people leader with responsibility for the development of an inclusive, people-centric environment that allows all team members to thrive.

The offered base salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies, with consideration to internal equity. The expected salary range for this role is CA$126,200-168,300 . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
