Job Description
The Lead Systems Engineer will report to the VP of Network, Infrastructure & Security and will be responsible for the management of our overall Dynamics 365 environment including Customer Experience and Field and Operations.
•Monitor the environment for performance, availability, and security, implementing necessary optimizations and enhancements.
•Manage and oversee all promotions and upgrades to the system.
•Manage security of the Dynamics 365 environment.
•Manage/ develop DevOps CI/CD process
•Manage and support the Power Platform.
•Responding effectively and speedily to any problems.
•Maintaining a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.
•Working with data team to refresh lower environments as necessary.
•Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure via patching and other controls.
•Updating any software and hardware where necessary.
•Handle minor network issues.
•Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot remotely.
•Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations.
•Accomplishes organizational mission by completing related tasks as needed.
•Ability to work both independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Compensation: 120-130k or Based on experience
Qualifications
•5+ years' experience performing the duties of a Dynamics Administrator including LCS
•3+ years working with Azure
•DevOps experience is a must
•Hands on experience with Dual Write environments.
•Hands on experience designing Dynamics 365 environments a plus.
•Experience with Dynamics 365 applications (is a must) including CRM, Field Services, ERP, Supply Chain and Power Platform.
•Experience with ISVs a plus
