Lead Sourcing Specialist - Buying/Procurement

Job Description Summary

Manage the buying process for a given set of goods. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Within the Materials Management Organization, as a purchaser You will have daily management rhythm to convert purchase requisition into purchase order to your allocated suppliers, to track the progress of your open orders to secure timely delivery.

Also in relation with our factory and planning team, you will be informed on any priorities. So you will expedite/convince your suppliers to improve their delivery plan accordingly and share progress status accordingly.

You will also work closely with our sourcing team in case negotiations or alternative sources are required.Job Description

The base pay range for this position is $82K - $138K USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 5/5/2025, or thereafter.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
