Solar Appointment Setter – Full-Time or Part-Time Pathway to Solar Closer
We are expanding our clean-energy outreach team in the Frisco–Dallas area and hiring driven individuals for both full-time and part-time roles. This position begins as a Solar Appointment Setter, and qualified team members will have the opportunity to train into a Solar Closer after several weeks of guided training and performance-based milestones.
As a Solar Appointment Setter, your main responsibility is to visit local neighborhoods, start conversations with homeowners, and schedule qualified solar consultations. The setter phase involves no selling — your focus is on engagement and appointment setting.
Once you demonstrate consistency and complete the required training, you’ll transition into the Solar Closer track, where you'll join consultations, present proposals, and eventually close your own deals.
- Knock doors and speak with homeowners in assigned areas
- Explain the basics of solar incentives and clean-energy programs
- Set and verify appointments for our consultants
- Follow routing, communication, and reporting procedures
- Attend ongoing training sessions to prepare for the closer role
No experience needed — full training is provided
- Virtual training: Tuesdays & Thursdays
- In-person coaching (Frisco, TX): Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
Full-Time: Afternoon–evening field work, Monday–Friday
Part-Time: Flexible 3–5 day schedule, afternoon/evening preferred- Based in or near Frisco or Dallas, TX
- Personal vehicle and smartphone
- Comfortable talking to homeowners
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated
- Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
