About This Job

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•

Strong emphasis on service related work

•

Small shingle repairs and replacements

•

Flat roofing patches and restorations

•

Gutter repairs

•

Applying various coating systems

•

Small siding repairs and replacements

•

Small trim and capping work

•

Misc punchlist items on larger projects

•

Upkeep of shop inventory

•

Overseeing/training laborer

Foreman Requirements

•

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

•

Weather permitting: each work week will be a minimum of 40 hours with options for overtime

•

Work week lasts Monday - Friday, with optional weekend hours

•

Strong Work Ethic

•

Willingness to grow and learn

Experienced Applicants

Experience working with all roofing types

•

Asphalt Shingles

•

Single Ply Roofing, EPDM, and TPO
