Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Multifamily Lead Project Superintendent at Landmark Companies located in San Antonio, Texas. The Lead Project Superintendent will be responsible for managing all phases of construction for large-scale housing projects, from pre-construction to completion. Lead Project Superintendent will oversee on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. This involves leading and coordinating a team of field staff, managing subcontractors, and serving as a key liaison between field operations and senior leadership.
Qualifications
•Multifamily Construction and Quality Control
•Construction Safety and Budgeting
•10-year minimum Experience in managing multifamily construction projects
•Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
•Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
•Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and development to execution and completion.
•Leading and coordinating daily on-site operations, including construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
•Scheduling and Budgeting:
•Maintaining project schedules, budgets, and ensuring adherence to project milestones.
•Ensuring adherence to quality control procedures, safety regulations, and promoting a proactive safety culture.
•Communication and Collaboration:
•Effectively communicating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
•Addressing and resolving issues and delays that may occur on-site.
•Managing project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and other relevant documentation.
•Subcontractor Management:
•Managing subcontractor performance, ensuring they adhere to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
