Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multifamily Lead Project Superintendent at Landmark Companies located in San Antonio, Texas. The Lead Project Superintendent will be responsible for managing all phases of construction for large-scale housing projects, from pre-construction to completion. Lead Project Superintendent will oversee on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. This involves leading and coordinating a team of field staff, managing subcontractors, and serving as a key liaison between field operations and senior leadership.

This involves leading and coordinating a team of field staff, managing subcontractors, and serving as a key liaison between field operations and senior leadership.
