We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Project Superintendent to manage residential and municipal construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a proactive professional, with project management skills to effectively manage job sites, subcontractors, materials, and schedules, while also communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities and Duties Include:
Project Management:
•Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from planning to completion.
•Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and in-house teams.
•Conduct job site inspections, monitor progress, and document daily updates.
•Manage material orders, deliveries, inventory, and quality control.
•Ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and safety requirements.
•Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve issues.
Customer Communication:
•Act as the primary client point of contact throughout each project.
•Provide clear, timely updates via text, phone, and email.
•Schedule and coordinate client walkthroughs and inspections.
•Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
Administrative Duties:
•Respond to text messages, phone calls, and emails daily.
•Manage and submit permit applications when needed.
•Handle change orders, project documentation, punch lists, and final closeouts..
Qualifications:
•Minimum 3 years of residential or light commercial construction management experience.
•Solid knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
•Proficiency with smartphones, email, text, and project management apps.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
•Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
•Strong leadership abilities with the ability to supervise a team of workers
