Lead Project Manager, Transmission (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid role with the first three months in the office.

Eversource is looking for a Lead Project Manager, Transmission in Westwood, MA. This is a Transmission Project Management leadership role. Recognized as having technical expertise in Utility Project Management and Construction you act as the primary advisor to a group of project managers to ensure the successful execution of a state-wide project portfolio. Independently manages and advises other project managers on high-risk, high-profile transmission projects in Connecticut, Massachusetts or New Hampshire to ensure all phases of approved projects are completed efficiently and within scope, on schedule, and within budget. Works closely with management personnel in Transmission Asset Management, Transmission Planning, Design, Land Planning, Construction and Test, Finance, Regulatory Relations, Legal, and Purchasing. Primary duties will include developing and mentoring project managers; providing strategic direction to ensure alignment with business goals and solving project issues; overall responsibility for the management of all aspects of projects including the coordination of regulatory approvals and interface with regulators and local elected officials and town department managers; managing the development and process for evaluation of bid documents for engineering, design and construction, as well as for the procurement of material and support systems; and ensuring compliance in all aspects of the regional portfolio are documented and completed in accordance with company policies and all regulations and laws.

$146,700.00-$163,000.00
