Lead Process Safety Engineer

The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring a Lead Process Safety Engineer, PHA on a permanent basis on our Process Safety team in Regina, SK.

We are seeking an experienced engineer to help lead and advance our Process Safety Management and Risk Management programs. The Team: You will oversee, guide, and mentor three (3) Process Safety Engineers and three (3) Process Safety Advisors and will report to the Process Safety Superintendent. You will foster a team environment that strives for cross-functional collaboration, structured risk-based approaches, effective problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
