Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to establish and lead the Quality Assurance (QA) practice for our Midstream and Refining IT organizations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. This role requires a strategic leader with exceptional collaboration and communication skills to drive quality across complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will shape the QA roadmap, champion automation and DevSecOps practices, and ensure the delivery of high-performing, secure, and reliable systems that meet stringent industry standards. As a key influencer, you’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentor teams, and drive innovation in testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities
+ Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) to demonstrate familiarity with cloud-based testing environments. + Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) to showcase expertise in QA process leadership. + ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) to validate core testing competencies. + ISTQB Certified Tester in Agile Testing (CTFL-AT) to ensure proficiency in Agile testing methodologies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of relevant experience
