Lead HVAC Installer

Job Summary

We are seeking an HVAC Installer to join our team here at Mullen Refrigeration. Primary role is to install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards while providing the customer with a high quality experience. Work will mainly consist of working with others, but also independently at times, while still maintaining high quality and timely job performance.

Duties

Operate company vehicle daily – and keep vehicle clean and neat (organized and orderly*) Be neat and clean at all times (truck, equipment, uniform)* Start up, test, and balance systems (when needed)*

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation or repair - Please do not apply without.*

Willingness to work towards NATE Certification (at company expense - if you already have please mention)*
