We are seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer with a strong background in HVAC installations, troubleshooting, and customer service to join our growing team!

Double Time Pay for any hours worked above 50 in a week.

Pay Range: $75,000-95,000 annually

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Install fittings and ductwork used in construction for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.

•

Assemble and install complete HVAC systems, including ductwork, air handlers, boilers, generators, humidifiers, and cooling systems.

•

Perform minor maintenance or cleaning of tools and equipment, seal seams, joints, or smooth burred surfaces, using files or grinders.

•

Ensure a clean worksite and restock supplies for the next day.

•

Work may involve any of the following: interpreting blue prints and coordination of the installation of the HVAC systems with the builder or owner. Setting outdoor units, running line sets, condensing units, measuring and ordering custom ductwork.

•

Must have basic handHVAC tools.

What We're Looking For:

•

5 or more years of experience in residential HVAC installation

•

Strong customer relationship skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

•

A strong work ethic and dependability to meet the demands of the role.

•

EPA Certification.

•

A valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

•

Commitment to ongoing professional development, including earning NATE certifications.

•

The ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

•

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

•

NATE certifications and OSHA or other safety training, preferred.
