Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality installations. As a Lead Fence Installer, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of various types of fencing, ensuring that all projects meet our company's standards for quality and safety.

Duties

•

Install various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental metal.

•

Utilize power tools and hand tools to assemble fence components accurately.

•

Conduct masonry work when required, including setting posts in concrete.

•

Execute heavy lifting tasks to transport materials and equipment to job sites.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

•

Follow safety protocols to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on site.

•

Lead a team to success by following plans and directives given by office staff or project manager

Qualifications

•

Previous experience in commercial fence installation or related fields required.

•

Commercial Chainlink, Ornamental Iron, Various Wood Styles are all necessary.

•

Gate operator experience will be heavily considered and could bring additional pay!

•

Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools effectively.

•

Experience with concrete forming and masonry work is a plus.

•

Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds) consistently throughout the day.

•

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

•

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

•

Any additional and relative certifications are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
