Lead Fabricator

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Fabricator to oversee our fabrication team. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the fabrication of custom metal components using welding, cutting, and forming techniques.

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

- Supervising and mentoring a team of 2–3 fabricators to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe, organized workshop.

- Collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements:

- Experience in metal fabrication.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
