In Office Salary: The base salary for this position is dependent upon experience and location ranging from $114k - $142k Job SummaryThe Networks Transformation Lead Engineer will support the delivery of transformation projects and contribute to implement a major business transformation and processes change (both cultural and technical) across the Networks organization. Will be technically responsible for the delivering of strategic transformation projects, advising implementation teams on the most appropriate methodology and work closely with different roles in the organization to shape and guarantee projects delivery. This role will technically support staff in moving to new ways of working based on cultural and behavioral changes and adopting Global Standards to deliver results to the Network Business. Networks Transformation Lead Engineer will work effectively across a diverse range of areas spanning multiple business units, such as Electric and Gas, Operations and Projects, General services, Processes and Technology, Customer Services, Planning and Regulation to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits. This position is in Orange, CT with occasional travel to all locations.
Education & Experience Required BS/BA Degree in Engineering and minimum 7+ years relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
+ Utilize knowledge to influence and guide department engineers. + Provide technical leadership in complex projects that have a wide impact on the department + Mentor, develop and support team in technical skills + Ability to collaborate across departments + Liaison/ direct contractors on company policy, standards, and best practices + Work independently with little supervision
