Lead Analyst, Segmentation Data

About Us Job Purpose

To lead the provision of strategic market insight and analytical support across commercial through the development of a portfolio of models and tools. To lead on the development of systems and processes to develop and maintain a full and consistent set of fundamental data for use across all company activities.

- Develop and maintain processes to ensure full and consistent data sets.

- Develop fundamentals-led models to provide insight into current and future market and operational conditions.

- Build knowledge and skills competency across the modelling team.

- Develop and provide business tools for Commercial teams.

- Provide regular margin analysis reports.

- Support production of Summer Outlook and Winter Outlook Reports.

- Support development of incentive models.

- Improve visualization of market related information.

- Recruit and lead a highly motivated, innovative and customer-focused team, developing talent and a performance management culture that drives value through employee engagement.

Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required

- Ability to communicate thought leading, compelling and complex ideas and influence key senior internal and external stakeholders.

- A track record of developing strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and externally with customers and stakeholders.

- Ability to lead on customer and stakeholder engagement strategies that deliver valuable outputs for the business.

Salary

$139,000 - $163,000 a year

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
