AES Clean Energy is seeking a Lead Analyst, Product Systems to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our software applications and products that support our rapidly growing business. AES CE, a division of The AES Corporation, specializes in developing, owning, and operating renewable energy projects. The Product Developer will be part of a team of developers and product teams designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions that meet our organization’s needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes and IT systems. This position will preferably be based in the Louisville, Colorado office.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
