Position Overview:

The Land Agent will coordinate and conduct land-related activities necessary to identify and acquire leasehold

in target areas. This role also involves collaborating with title staff and other departments to ensure smooth leasehold operations.

Responsibilities:

with mineral owners to acquire oil and gas leases, mineral purchases, or curative documents.

liaison

between oil and gas companies and property owners.

strong interpersonal and business skills.

contact with multiple landowners in a focus area.

appropriate contracts and agreements to facilitate leasing efforts.

for expiring agreements.

final lease purchase reports and lease packets.

title documentation to confirm mineral ownership.

and plat property boundaries as needed.

legal documents in a clear and structured manner.

Qualifications:

in Pennsylvania land negotiations.

and ability to build trust quickly.

, with the ability to work independently.

and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

(MS Windows, Word, Excel).
