Landman or Sr. Landman

Energy Search Associates has been recruiting in the Oil & Gas Industry for two decades. We are seeking candidates for the following Landman and DO roles in the Pittsburgh area (some remote potential per below). These organizations will consider delayed start dates after bonus season.

Landman role for small aggressive operator...

- I need a couple of Landmen with soup to nuts exposure to running a drilling rig

- Location preference would be someone near to Pittsburgh as they will open an office in the area in the future

- Great potential opportunity to get to a smaller organization and get more exposure

- Great opportunity to move the needle and help win the AI war

- This team does not have the bandwidth to train Landmen who haven't been responsible for most of a drilling program within an operator

Landman role for Minerals buyer...

- This organization would like to hire someone in Appalachia to work remotely and someone to work in-office in Fort Worth, Texas

- The primary role will consist of: running title, working with landowners to clear up ownership issues, helping DO Analysts verify ownership, and leasing Minerals

- Minerals experience preferred

Division Order Mgr Opening for Small Operator...

- Must have experience calculating DO's and building DO decks for an operator in Appalachia

- Some level of Lead or Mgmt experience preferred

- Prefer someone located locally to DFW or open to relocating to DFW

- Potentially open to someone working remote in the Pittsburgh area

DO Analyst Openings for Minerals Buyer

- Must have significant experience calculating and verifying Appalachia DOI's

- Completely open to remote candidates who can successfully complete a DO assessment

- Very competitive with compensation practices at Operators
