Position Overview:

The Land Surveying CAD Technician Manager uses CAD/Carlson software to create, modify, and analyze project survey data. Vital role in bringing our raw survey data into clear, accurate, and impactful drawings. Collaborate closely with licensed surveyors and engineers, utilizing expertise in CAD software to process field data, generate detailed maps and plats, and contribute to successfully executing a diverse range of projects. Accurately process field survey data, including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, and construction staking data, into professional CAD drawings and assist in developing and implementing CAD standards and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency within the team.
