About This Job
Overview:
The Land Clerk is responsible for managing and coordinating various clerical and administrative tasks on a rotational schedule. This role involves reviewing records, data entry, report preparation, and personnel tracking.
Responsibilities:
•
Review information such as daily records of activities, materials received and used, and reports from various workers.
•
Handle production daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and data entry.
•
Prepare and type reports.
•
Create flight manifests for passenger movement.
•
Keep track of all personnel, and dispatch field helicopters and boats.
•
Answer phones.
Qualifications:
•
3+ years clerk experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.
•
Possess strong clerical, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
•
Must be willing to work a 12-hour day on a 14x14 rotation schedule.
•
Competitive hourly rate and a daily per diem.
•
High school diploma or equivalent.
•
Strong computer skills.
