Laborer

Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing facility, contributing to the production process and ensuring that operations run smoothly. Ideal candidates will have experience in a warehouse or factory setting and possess mechanical knowledge, along with the ability to operate various tools and equipment.

Duties

- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to assist in the assembly and fabrication of products.

- Work on the assembly line, assembling components according to specifications and quality standards.

- Utilize forklifts for moving materials within the warehouse or factory environment.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed, demonstrating mechanical knowledge.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse is preferred.

- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and assembly line processes is essential.

- Ability to operate a forklift; certification is a plus but not required at the time of application.

- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving shared goals.

- A proactive attitude towards safety practices in the workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
