Lab Technician – Finoric (Midland, TX)

Finoric is a leading chemical manufacturing company specializing in innovative solutions for various industries. We are seeking a Lab Technician to join our team in Midland, TX. This role is critical in supporting our R&D and quality control efforts to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Job Responsibilities:
•Manage Finoric's Integrated Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (IQHSE-MS).
•Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
•Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and test samples according to standard procedures.
•Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
•Record, analyze, and report test results with attention to accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
•Assist in the development of new testing methods and process improvements.
•Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality control regulations.
•Work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to support manufacturing processes.
•Maintain an organized and clean laboratory environment.
Qualifications:
•Education: Associate’s or Chemical Technology, or a related field preferred.
•Experience: 1-3 years of laboratory experience in a chemical, industrial, or manufacturing setting.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Familiarity with wet chemistry techniques, titrations, and instrumental analysis (e.g., FTIR, viscometers, pH meters).
•Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain detailed documentation.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with laboratory software is a plus.
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
•Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
