About Us:

Finoric is a leading chemical manufacturing company specializing in innovative solutions for various industries. We are seeking a Lab Technician to join our team in Midland, TX. This role is critical in supporting our R&D and quality control efforts to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities:

•

Manage Finoric's Integrated Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (IQHSE-MS).

•

Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

•

Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and test samples according to standard procedures.

•

Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.

•

Record, analyze, and report test results with attention to accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

•

Assist in the development of new testing methods and process improvements.

•

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality control regulations.

•

Work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to support manufacturing processes.

•

Maintain an organized and clean laboratory environment.

Qualifications:

•

Education: Associate’s or Chemical Technology, or a related field preferred.

•

Experience: 1-3 years of laboratory experience in a chemical, industrial, or manufacturing setting.

•

Skills:

•

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•

Familiarity with wet chemistry techniques, titrations, and instrumental analysis (e.g., FTIR, viscometers, pH meters).

•

Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain detailed documentation.

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with laboratory software is a plus.

•

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

•

Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
