Pipeline Labor Hand – Join Our Team at Gateway

Are you ready to be part of a pipeline crew? Gateway is looking for hardworking, dependable General Labor Workers to join our pipeline construction team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to keeping our projects moving safely and smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Labor Hand, you’ll work directly with the Foreman and crew on a variety of tasks that keep the jobsite running efficiently, including:

· Guiding pipe for welders and operators

· Collecting and moving skids, braces, and materials

· Assisting operators by spotting and keeping equipment areas clear

· Greasing and maintaining heavy equipment

· Building wire fences to secure work areas

· Supporting welders with grinding and material handling

· Pitching in wherever needed to get the job done safely and on time

What We’re Looking For

· Safety-first mindset—committed to protecting yourself and the crew

· Strong listener and team player who can follow instructions and work well with others

· Willingness to travel to jobsites (travel is required within the state of Oklahoma)

· Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions

· Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, work on uneven ground, and perform physical labor for extended periods

· Must pass DOT-required drug test

· Pipeline or construction experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
