Are you looking for a dynamic, tight-knit environment where you can make a real impact quickly?
Then you should consider joining Venturi! We’re looking for a Junior / Intermediate Pipeline Engineer / Data Scientist to be part of our Pipeline Trainers & Optimization team in Edmonton, AB (remote positions available).
About Venturi
Venturi is an engineering consulting company that is shaking up the global oil and gas industry. We are working towards a more sustainable energy future, but this can't happen overnight. Pipelines and midstream infrastructure are still a vitally important part of our day-to-day lives. Fossil fuels provide us with the ability to travel, heat our homes, and power the products we use every day. However, it is socially important to use the pipeline assets that we have as efficiently and responsibly as possible.
Who We Need
We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment. You take ownership of your work, are eager to learn, and enjoy collaborating with both teammates and clients to deliver practical, high-impact solutions.
You’ll fit right in if you:
•Are curious, proactive, and adaptable — not afraid to ask questions or explore new ways of doing things.
•Take pride in your work and care about quality, accuracy, and the impact your work has on pipeline safety and performance.
•Want to grow technically and professionally by working alongside experienced engineers and data specialists.
•Are comfortable with both detail-oriented tasks (like tagging or data review) and big-picture problem-solving (like building simulation models or troubleshooting system behavior).
•Enjoy seeing your work directly contribute to training programs, safety initiatives, and operational excellence in the energy sector.
If you’re excited by the idea of combining engineering, data, and simulation tools to solve real-world challenges — and doing it in a supportive, close-knit team — we want to hear from you!
