Junior/Intermediate Business Analyst (2025-07-BA01)

ICE Dragon is growing quickly and needs the services of a business analyst to help us scale sustainably and comfortably. If you have a critical eye and excellent interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!

Working closely with the ICE Dragon leadership team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing business processes that keep our operations running smoothly. ​Your work has a direct impact on the consistency and quality of ICE projects and ensures the ICE team has streamlined, straightforward working arrangements to provide the best experience for our staff and clients.

What we offer:

Salary range begins at $70,000 annually and will depend on experience. Up to 10% in discretionary annual bonus is granted based on company and personal performance.

We offer a hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week in the office (located close to Davisville TTC station). This is a permanent, full-time position open to those with ongoing legal permission to work in Canada. The anticipated start date for this role is August 11th, 2025.
