About This Job

We are searching for Salesforce Business Analyst, Sr. on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment(W-2). The role will be assisting with a reporting and analytics project supporting an enterprise Salesforce implementation. The candidate must have experience with Salesforce and ideally experience with reporting/analytics pertaining to Salesforce.

Strong preference for a candidate with Utility sector experience

Responsibilities

•

The Salesforce Business Analyst, Sr. will be working closely with business units and IT.

•

Work with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

•

Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze existing processes and identify areas where Salesforce can be leveraged to improve productivity, increase accuracy, or streamline operations

•

Will be reporting and analytics project supporting an enterprise Salesforce implementation

•

Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and other critical Salesforce data

Qualifications

•

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered

•

Experience: Required - 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst

•

Must have strong knowledge of Salesforce features

•

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

•

High level of attention to detail and data accuracy

•

Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams

•

Experience with other CRM or ERP systems

•

Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools

•
