Teck is looking for an experienced Journeyperson Ironworker or Boilermaker to join our team at our Trail Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures

- Direct activities of hoist or crane operators and other workers during fabrication, assembly, installation or repair of structures

- Erect and install hoisting equipment and rigging

- Dismantle structures and equipment

- May be required to fit and weld metal parts or sections together

- Able to work independently or as part of a team

Qualifications

- Interprovincial Red Seal Ironworker or Boilermaker Certification (please upload copy of certification with your application)

- Valid driver’s license

- Experience in an industrial maintenance environment and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems would be a definite asset

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required

- Will be required to participate in an assessment process designed to measure fitness, aptitudes and personal attribu

Pay Range:

$50.78 /hr
