Job Description:
•
Perform front line supervision for 4 to 6 workers and assign daily tasks
•
Assess the crews’ readiness at the onset of each shift.
•
Ensure crew members are paired properly in order to maximize efficiency and safety (green hand program).
•
Perform daily work site inspections monitoring safety and quality of work.
•
Report all daily progress utilizing the Shift Work Assignment.
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5-7 weeks
Pay: $46.00-$52.00 per hour
Schedule:
•
12 hour shift
•
Day shift
•
Overtime
Work Location: On the road
Expected start date: 2025-05-06
