Are you ready to take your electrical skills to the next level? At RSR Electric, we’re looking for a talented Journeyman Electrician who is passionate about delivering top-notch electrical solutions while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

•

Execute electrical projects with precision, following directives from project managers and job leads.

•

Lead small teams of technicians, fostering collaboration and excellence.

•

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment.

•

Build strong relationships with customers and provide coaching to apprentices.

•

Work safely at various heights using platforms, scaffolds, and ladders.

What We’re Looking For:

•

Experience: At least 6 years in commercial, industrial, or institutional settings or completion of an apprenticeship program.

•

Skills: Proficient in 120/208V and 277/480V systems, with a solid understanding of NEC and OSHA standards.

•

Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical theory, circuitry, and a variety of electrical tools and equipment.

•

Communication: Strong verbal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
