Job Summary

Advanced Electrical Technologies (AET) - a Pacific Northern Environmental LLC Company, is seeking a Journeyman Electrician who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service to our company, clients, and employees.

Pacific Northern Environmental, LLC consists of five divisions including Advanced Electrical Technologies (AET), Taurus Power and Controls (Taurus), Cowlitz Clean Sweep (CCS), Pacific Northern Environmental Construction (PNEC), and WasteXpress Environmental (WXE). Together, we specialize in commercial and petroleum construction, industrial and commercial electrical, industrial cleaning, and hazardous waste disposal. PNE LLC is a multi-state organization with operating offices in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Hawaii. In addition, we carry out projects across the United States.

The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for completing tasks safely, within company standards, and all regulations by completing the following duties and responsibilities. This position is 4-10's (Monday-Thursday).

Education and Experience Qualifications

•

High School Diploma or GED

•

Valid Driver’s License Required

•

Hold an Idaho Journeyman Card or an Oregon Journeyman Card

•

Industrial/commerical electrical experience is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities

The Journeyman Electrician possessing the education and experience listed above performs the following:

•

Implements necessary safety procedures and safeguards during any given job.

•

Safely operate and maintain company vehicles as required for job duties, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies

•

Works directly with apprentices, and when appropriate, directly engages and mentors them.

•

Run GRC, EMT, and PVC Conduits

•

Install various electrical equipment.

•

Performs routine maintenance on various systems.

•

Troubleshoots and repairs electrical issues.

•

Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation, but able to work independently when the job requires.

•

Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.

•

Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are required.

•

Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

The candidate must possess and be adaptable to the following physical abilities and working conditions:

•

Move about the jobsite as needed.

•

Move work related equipment up to 50lbs.

•

Remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.

•

Operate various technological devices, including but not limited to a computer.

•

Occasionally ascend/descend ladders and/or stairs.

•

4-10s schedule (Monday-Thursday)

This position is eligible for a $2,500 sign on bonus. $1,250 to be paid following first 90 days, $1,250 to be paid following 6 months of employment.
