The ITAD/Computer Technician is responsible for testing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing laptops and other electronic equipment as required, and performing inventory control including Approved Certified Data Destruction (CDD).
They may also be responsible for wiping/destroying hard drives as per Client specs and SOW requirements, as well as palletizing electronic equipment. (PCs, laptops, printers, removable disks, monitors etc.)
