WKC looking for an experienced

IT Tech Lead II

to oversee the technical design, development, and integration of enterprise applications, with a strong emphasis on

ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) systems

. This role requires deep technical expertise in

Oracle EBS, Java

, and

.NET

, along with leadership capabilities to guide development teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of ETRM system integrations with enterprise platforms.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define architecture and integration strategies.

- Design and develop scalable solutions using Java, .NET, and Oracle PL/SQL.

- Provide hands-on leadership in code development, reviews, and performance tuning.

- Support and enhance ETRM Integration modules, including customizations and interfaces.

- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team skill development.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across integrated platforms.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.

- Proven experience with ETRM systems (e.g., Triplepoint, Allegro, Endur, RightAngle).

- Strong expertise in Oracle databases, PL/SQL.

- Good working knowledge in Java and .NET (C# or VB.NET) development.

- Experience with system integration, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the energy, utilities, or commodities trading sector.

- Exposure to cloud platforms AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
