IT Project Manager II or III (DOQ)

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects within the utilities sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing multi-disciplinary IT initiatives, ideally within energy, water, or related utility environments. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to procurement and contracting, execution, delivery, and post-implementation review—ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
You will be a partner with technical teams, business units, and external vendors, championing best practices in project management, risk mitigation, and organizational change leadership. Your leadership style combines strong organizational skills with a collaborative, communicative approach that empowers teams to excel in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.

IT Project Manager II: $114,420 - $143,025 Annually
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and two (2) years of directly related experience managing projects and/or teams
- Six (6) years of directly related experience managing projects and/or teams
IT Project Manager III: $143,528 to $179,410 Annually
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and four (4) years of directly related experience managing projects and/or teams
- Eight (8) years of directly related experience managing projects and/or teams
