Opportunity Snapshot:

•

Compensation: $55-60/hour

•

Location: Houston, TX

•

Work Schedule: 9/80 hybrid

•

Assignment Duration: 6 months+

•

Qualifications:

•

Seeking an experienced IT Advisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience

•

Expertise in the design and implementation of IT systems

•

Familiarity with industry HSE regulations and standards

•

High skill levels and strong performance are essential

•

A background in well servicing is highly valued. Drilling experience is also acceptable

•

Oil and Gas industry knowledge is a must

•

Responsibilities include field inspections and communication with crews

•

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can prioritize business needs

•

Certifications are beneficial, and a degree is desired but not required

•

High School diploma or GED is required

Responsibilities:

•

Collaborate with HSE and IT teams to identify and prioritize technical projects that support HSE goals

•

Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of IT systems, including data analytics, reporting tools, and information management systems

•

Ensure that IT solutions comply with HSE regulations and standards and support the organization's risk management strategies

•

Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, including user guides, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures

•

Conduct regular assessments of IT systems to identify areas for improvement and manage enhancements

•

Support the development and implementation of HSE data analytics processes and tools, such as Power BI and other reporting platforms

•

Provide training and support to HSE team members on the use of IT systems and tools.

•

Monitor and report on the progress of IT projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and meet all specified user requirements

•

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT and HSE to continuously improve the organization's technical capabilities
