ISO Documentation Specialist

Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Systems Coordinator to support and maintain our ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS). This role involves document control, database management, packaging documentation, and collaboration across departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and organize QMS documents, records, and training files

- Assist in drafting and implementing work instructions with department leads

- Support packaging documentation by gathering photos and specifications

- File and manage bills of lading, material certifications, and production records

- Request and track ISO certifications from vendors

- Collaborate with the ISO Coordinator and Quality Manager to improve QMS processes

- Generate and maintain searchable records for DNR and OSHA compliance

Qualifications:

- Associate’s degree in business, quality, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 2–3 years in quality, manufacturing, or ISO 9001 systems

- Strong project management and communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to multitask effectively

Work Environment:

- Office-based with regular visits to manufacturing areas

- May involve exposure to industrial materials and occasional travel
