Bell Lumber & Pole Canada has an exciting opportunity for a temporary, part-time Invoicing Clerk position. This will be a 4-month contract beginning in December with the potential to extend beyond the 4 months.

The primary purpose of this position will be customer invoicing, including problem-solving issues with the inside sales department. The Invoicing Clerk will ensure accurate and timely preparation, processing, and management of customer invoices, supporting efficient billing operations and maintaining financial integrity for the organization.
- Customer Invoicing
- All customer invoicing for shipments out of our treating plants and reload yards in the US
- Documentation management in SharePoint folders and D365
- Work closely with inside sales representatives on returns and credits
- Work closely with inside sales and production to problem-solve various issues regarding invoicing
- Additional duties and tasks as assigned by the Manager

- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with windows operation required
- General bookkeeping knowledge helpful
- Accounts payable/receivable background helpful
- Proficient in basic math and volumes. Familiar with metric and American (or English) Standard systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong team player, willing to help others within the department or within other departments
- Ability to maintain communication with Manager and provide results while working remotely
- In-office or Hybrid working arrangement possible
- Flexible schedule (30-32 hours per week required) . Mon-Wed preferred

To perform the duties of this job, the employee is required to use the computer for extended periods of time in a sitting or standing position. Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to changing priorities.
