Investor Relations Professional
to join our corporate team.
This role is a unique opportunity to work across multiple high-impact companies within the Ore Group platform. The successful candidate will support and enhance investor engagement, communications, and capital markets strategy at both the corporate level and for our publicly listed entities. Reporting to various senior officers, you will help shape and communicate the Ore Group’s investment case to the global financial community.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and distribute investor-facing materials including press releases, presentations, fact sheets, and website content
•Coordinate proactive outreach to institutional investors, analysts, and prospective shareholders
•Plan and manage investor roadshows, site tours, conference participation, and meetings with Ore Group leadership
•Track analyst coverage, investor sentiment, and peer activity to provide strategic market insights
•Create and manage investor-focused social media content and digital campaigns
•Monitor shareholder activity, compile feedback, and deliver reporting to management
•Collaborate on investor marketing and advertising initiatives across multiple channels
•Ensure compliance of all investor materials with TSXV and regulatory requirements
•Support special projects and investor-related initiatives across the Ore Group portfolio
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field
•Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, or corporate communications
•Experience working with publicly traded companies; mining/natural resource experience preferred
•Strong understanding of capital markets, regulatory environment, and ESG trends
•Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience drafting investor materials and presentations
•Proficiency with digital communications, social media, and CRM tools
•Skilled at multitasking and managing timelines in a fast-paced environment
•Professionalism and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Willingness to travel and work flexibly when required
