Position Summary
The Financial Analyst is pivotal in transforming data into insights that drive smarter decisions across our organization. Key Responsibilities
•Conduct financial analysis, including compiling and reviewing data, preparing budgets, and supporting forecasting efforts.
•Gather, validate, and prepare financial and operational data from multiple sources for reporting and decision-making.
•Coordinate project timelines and documentation, including tracking deliverables and maintaining schedules.
•Develop and distribute regular financial and operational reports, dashboards, and presentations.
•Facilitate communication and serve as liaison for project teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
•Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency in reporting and analysis.
Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field
•1–3 years in financial analysis, project coordination, or administrative support
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills
•Effective written and verbal communication
•Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., BI tools, SAP) preferred
•Proactive approach to task ownership and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
•5–7 years of progressive financial analysis experience, including business case development and decision support
•Mastery in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
•Expertise in financial planning systems (e.g., PowerBI, SAP)
•Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels
•Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations
•Strategic thinker with the ability to connect financials to operational drivers
•Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and deliver results in a cross-functional functional teams
