Your Impact

As theInterim Advisor, Fixed Plant Maintenance Training (Fixed Term - 6 Months), you will be essential in developing a safe, skilled, and competent maintenance workforce. By leading the design and delivery of competency-based training programs, you will directly support safe and consistent execution of maintenance activities across the site. This frontline-focused role helps onboard new workers, enhance trade-specific skills, and ensure compliance with training standards in a dynamic plant environment.

The expected salary range for this role is CA$83,400-111,180 . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
