The Integrated Solutions Leader will drive GE Vernova's (GEV) efforts to create and deliver end-to-end, reference power architectures for hyperscalers, data centers, and large-scale energy developers. This role will work across all GEV businesses, integrating our generation, transmission, storage, and grid solutions into compelling system-level offerings. The successful candidate will act as the architect and orchestrator of solutions that maximize customer value, accelerate project adoption, and differentiate GEV as a trusted strategic partner.
- Reference Architecture Development: Build, document, and continuously refine best-in-class power system reference designs using GEV’s technology portfolio (generation, transmission, storage, grid equipment, digital tools).
- Cross-Business Collaboration: Serve as the connective tissue across GEV businesses, aligning product roadmaps and solution configurations to meet customer needs.
- Customer Engagement: Partner with hyperscalers, data center operators, and developers to translate their technical and commercial requirements into integrated solutions.
- Solution Differentiation: Identify opportunities to deliver unique, value-added combinations of GEV offerings that improve reliability, accelerate deployment, or reduce lifecycle cost.
- Thought Leadership: Represent GEV externally, shaping industry discussions on data center power strategies, grid modernization, and decarbonization.
- Commercial Enablement: Work closely with commercial and BD teams to package solutions, support proposals, and build repeatable sales collateral.
- Execution Support: Provide technical oversight and solution guidance during project development and early execution phases to ensure “as-sold” performance is delivered.
- People Leadership: Attract and develop a team of professionals; coaching through servant leadership .
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in systems, engineering and/or technology roles)
- Ability and willingness to travel ~25%
- Systems Thinker: Deep understanding of power systems, grid operations, and energy value chains, with the ability to see how all pieces fit together.
- Integrator & Influencer: Skilled at aligning multiple stakeholders and driving collaboration across organizational boundaries.
- Customer-Oriented: Ability to engage with hyperscaler and developer executives, translating needs into actionable solutions.
- Technically Fluent: Strong grasp of generation, storage, and grid technologies; familiarity with data center power requirements is a plus; ability to communicate technical capability across all stakeholders in a meaningful way.

- Excellent Communicator: Able to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The starting base pay range for this position is $153K to $215K USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15% bonus. This posting is expected to remain open until at least November 4th, 2025.
