We are seeking reliable, hands-on individuals to join our trenchless pipe lining team as Installation Technicians. The Installation Technician plays a key role on our trenchless pipe lining crew, supporting the setup and execution of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation projects. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy physical work, want to learn a skilled trade, and are motivated by long-term career growth. You'll work alongside experienced technicians on trenchless rehabilitation projects that make a real difference in local communities.

- Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and organization
- Operate or assist with hand tools, power tools, and specialized CIPP equipment
- Support the installation and curing of trenchless liners (CIPP)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Follow company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with crew members to coordinate daily tasks
- Complete basic documentation (e.g., material usage logs, job notes) as directed
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
- 6+ months of experience in construction, utilities, or other field-based work preferred - Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in confined spaces and variable outdoor conditions- Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment operation
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed (including occasional overnight stays)
- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
- Positive team player with strong communication skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to receive training and grow into advanced roles (e.g., CIPP Technician, Lead Technician)
