Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the production personnel of an assigned shift. They will ensure all equipment is running and at standard. This position will be accountable for productivity and quality for their shift. They must possess a willingness to develop and lead improvements on the production floor. Flexible enough to handle growth and demands of our fast-paced company while being persistent and organized. This critical position requires a high level of effective decision-making. This role may be considered a career path to a Production Manager.

Hours are full time, 3rd shift Sunday night – Friday morning, 11 pm to 7 am.

· Productivity or Efficiency

· Yield or Scrap rate

· Customer returns or Customer Return Rate

· Capacity utilization

· Worklist adherence or production schedule attainment

· Excellent On Time Delivery (OTD)

· Rework – First Pass Throughput or Yield

· Safety – Lost time injuries

· Retention

· WIP Inventory turn or flow

· Change over time

Minimum requirement: High School diploma or GED is required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree is desired.

Minimum one year of previous supervisory experience is required.

Working knowledge and understanding of the metal injection molding (MIM) production and/or Plastics Injection molding quality standards and processes desired, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
