The Global Rotational Graduate program consists of formal and on-the-job training, hands-on and design roles, and professional development with built-in leadership and mentorship opportunities to help Rotational graduates to diversify their skill set through placements in various functions across our business. At the successful completion of the rotation program, the Graduate program management team will determine the Rotational Graduate Engineer placement into the organization that aligns with the graduate career goals and meets the business's needs.
