We are seeking one Helper/Laborer

to support painters at an industrial/medical site in NW Houston. Tasks include surface preparation, cleaning, assisting painters, and basic scaffolding support. This is a fast-paced contract role.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist painters with surface prep, cleaning, and setup

- Support rust removal, masking, material mixing, and housekeeping

- Help with scaffolding erecting when required

- Handle tools and supplies throughout the shift

- Follow strict safety rules & PPE requirements

- Ability to work at height as needed

Requirements

Requirements

- Experience as a helper or laborer (industrial environment preferred)

- Able to work at height (certification preferred but not required)

- Must follow safety instructions strictly

- Local to Houston

- Able to start immediately

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience assisting industrial painters

- Familiarity with scaffolding or industrial equipment
